The protest site of the Cockroach Janata Party was dismantled by the Delhi Police on Monday, hours after the demonstrators’ march to Parliament was thwarted with tear gas and baton charges.
According to reports, protesters later regrouped at Jantar Mantar following the march, while one of their leaders claimed that they will stay there.

The CJP, founded by Abhijeet Dipke, first organised a day-long protest at Jantar Mantar in the national capital on June 6 and later on began a full-fledged sit-in with several hunger strikes.
Over 50 police personnel and more than 50 protesters were injured during the clashes between CJP supporters and security personnel during the “Chalo Sansad” march in the New Delhi district.
Over 100 protesters were detained by police officials and moved to different police stations in Delhi.
